We are now introducing new AI Adaptive Learning capabilities in the classroom. These capabilities help our trainers better engage, adapt to discussions, and respond with the right activities. We are the first Soft Skills Team to do this, improving the learning experience. We can facilitate more adaptive training, eliminating standard training or death by PowerPoint. We believe it will be the future of training and we are proud to be the first soft skills training provider to launch it. Results differ significantly from traditional training methods.
