My 2018 Discovery has been feeling really floaty and unstable lately, especially over those speed bumps in my community. Feels like the car keeps bouncing long after it should have settled. Pretty sure the shocks are worn out but honestly not sure if it's just the shocks or something more serious with the whole suspension system. Been putting it off but now my wife refuses to drive the kids in it because she says it feels unsafe. Took it to a general garage and they quoted me for Land Rover shock absorber replacement Dubai but they didn't seem very confident about the parts or anything. Made me nervous about letting them touch it. Looking for a specialist who actually knows these cars and can tell me if I need just the shocks or if there's other stuff worn out too. Don't mind paying for quality work but want someone who will diagnose properly first. Has anyone had shocks done on their Land Rover recently? Would love to know where you went and roughly what it cost so I don't get ripped off. The car has 120k km on it so probably due for some suspension work.
