This is doing my head in honestly, every time I slow down at traffic lights around Jumeirah or even in my building parking, the brakes let out this high pitched squeak that echoes off everything and makes me look like I'm driving some beat up old car. It's a 2022 Discovery Sport, not even three years old, and it's been doing this for about a month now. I took it to a small garage near me and they just said it's normal and to drive harder but that doesn't sound right to me. I'm thinking the pads are probably just worn unevenly or maybe it's the cheap material they used last time because I bought it used and no idea what the previous owner did. I really need to find proper Dubai Land Rover brake pad change experts who actually work on these cars regularly and understand the whole braking system including the sensors and everything. Don't want to go to the main dealer because I've heard horror stories about their pricing for something as basic as pads. If anyone has a reliable garage they trust with their Range Rover or Discovery please drop the name below, preferably somewhere around Al Quoz or even Umm Ramool. Really just want this squeaking to stop before I lose my mind.
