I'm on the lookout for a new battery for my Corolla and I've pretty much settled on the Amaron 55D23L after reading that it's a solid option for Japanese cars in this climate. The thing is, I'm a bit wary about ending up with old stock that's been sitting on a shelf for ages, especially since I've seen a few reviews mentioning that some units die after just over a year if they're not fresh . I've been looking at a few online listings and I came across amaroncarbattery.ae/55D23L-battery-replacement-dubai which seems to show the specs and compatibility clearly, but I'm not sure if they actually keep fresh stock or just drop-ship from somewhere else . Ideally, I'd love to find a place that can supply and fit it on the spot, preferably a mobile service that comes to me since I don't have much free time during the week . Has anyone bought one of these recently from a Dubai supplier and can recommend a trustworthy shop or mobile fitter? It'd be a bonus if they also do a quick alternator check during installation, just to make sure the new battery doesn't get cooked by a dodgy charging system.
