Spent weeks reading privacy law study guides and official materials before my first CIPP-E attempt. Thought I had everything covered, but the actual exam questions felt very different from what I expected.
Got frustrated and switched to CertBoosters practice questions instead. Working through exam-style questions helped me understand the format, identify weak areas, and get comfortable with the way questions were asked. It was much more effective than spending hours reading study materials. After a couple of weeks of practice, I felt far more confident and ended up passing the CIPP-E exam on my next attempt.
If you're preparing for CIPP-E, I'd recommend spending more time on practice questions and less time getting lost in the study guides.
